Dear Pastors and Campus Organizations,

Howdy! We hope that this summer has been restful for you even as you have no doubt begun preparations for the fall semester. We are looking forward to another year of ministry and seeing the gospel continue to go further out to lost students and deeper into those who know Him.

We also continue to desire to serve you, the local church. One way that we seek to do this is through our annual Ministry Fair. Every year, we host this event in conjunction with the second Breakaway of the semester. We would be honored for you to join us for this outreach event. Our goal for the evening is for students to learn about, and eventually get plugged into, local churches and ministries where they will be a part of a loving community and have multiple opportunities to serve.

This year, the Ministry Fair will be held on Tuesday, September 2 at Reed Arena starting at 8:15. We will have tables set up for participating local churches and collegiate Christian organizations in the concourse at Reed where students can come by and meet you. Please feel free to bring flyers and information about your ministry’s opportunities as well as at least one staff person to meet the students. Also, keep in mind that Reed Arena does not allow food or drinks in the concourse area.

The deadline to sign up for the Ministry Fair is Friday, August 22. All we need from you is a reservation form. You can mail it, drop it off, or go online and fill out the form there. Included with this letter is the Breakaway Ministries’ Statement of Beliefs. For both your benefit and ours, before you agree to participate in this event, we want to make sure that you and Breakaway Ministries are in agreement with these beliefs. Therefore, we would like to ask you to carefully read the enclosed Statement of Beliefs. If you are in agreement with it, please be sure to indicate that at the bottom of the reservation form.

TAKE DOWN TIME: No later than 10:45 p.m.
